Terms of service

  1. Who we are. Aussie Industrial ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME], ABN [ABN]), Box Hill NSW, operating aussieindustrial.com.au.
  2. Prices. All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  3. Orders. An order is accepted when we dispatch it or confirm it in writing. We may decline orders, for example when stock is unavailable.
  4. Product information. We aim to show accurate specifications and images. Images may be representative. You are responsible for confirming that a product suits your application, pressure, temperature and media, and for correct installation by a qualified person where required.
  5. Trade accounts are at our discretion, and separate trade terms may apply.
  6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL, our liability for goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited to replacing or repairing the goods or paying for that. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  7. Third-party brands. Brand names such as Loctite, Rain Bird, Hunter and CEJN belong to their owners. Manufacturer warranties are passed on to you.
  8. Intellectual property. Site content is owned by or licensed to Aussie Industrial.
  9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
