Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship: Australia-wide, to street addresses and businesses. Some remote areas may need a freight quote.

Freight cost: Calculated at checkout from your order's weight and your postcode. Prices include GST, and freight includes GST too.

Bulky and heavy items: Hose, ducting, pumps, tanks and large valves may be marked "freight on quote". We'll confirm the cost before dispatch, and if you don't accept it we'll refund you in full.

Dispatch times: In-stock orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days [TO CONFIRM]. Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days depending on location.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll get an email with the carrier and tracking number.

Ships from our supply partner: Orders are sent directly from our Australian supply partner's warehouse. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you with an ETA, and you can choose to wait, take a part-shipment, or get a refund.

Delivery issues: If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days, with photos if possible.
