Returns

Change of mind: Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery [TO CONFIRM against the supplier's returns terms]. Contact us first for a return authorisation. Return freight is paid by you, and a restocking fee of [X]% may apply [TO CONFIRM].

Not returnable for change of mind: Cut-to-length hose, made-up hose assemblies, custom or special-order items, and opened chemicals or consumables.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a failure that isn't major, you're entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

How to start a return: Email [EMAIL] with your order number, the item, the reason and photos if relevant. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and checked.
