We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect: name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order history, and the business name and ABN for trade accounts. Payment card details are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers, and we don't store them.

Why: to process and deliver orders, provide support, manage trade accounts, meet our tax and legal obligations, and (with consent) send marketing.

Disclosure: we share order and delivery details with our supply partner, which dispatches orders, and with carriers, Shopify, payment providers and our accountants. Some providers, including Shopify, may store data overseas, for example in Canada or the USA.

Marketing: you can unsubscribe at any time, as required by the Spam Act 2003.

Cookies: the site uses cookies for the cart, analytics and (if enabled) advertising.
