Shipping policy

  1. We deliver within Australia only.
  2. Freight is calculated at checkout and includes GST. Some bulky or remote-area orders are "freight on quote", and we confirm the cost before dispatch.
  3. Orders are dispatched directly by our Australian supply partner, usually within [1–2] business days for in-stock items. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  4. Tracking details are emailed once the order is dispatched. Orders may arrive in several parcels.
  5. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.
  6. If an item is backordered, we'll contact you to offer a wait, part-shipment or refund.
  7. Report damage in transit or missing items within 7 days.
